THIS GRANT PROGRAM PURPOSE IS TO FUND AIRPORT PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT (AIRPORT CONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVEMENT) PROJECTS THAT SUPPORT LONG STANDING FAA GOALS OF SAFETY OR SECURITY, SYSTEM CAPACITY, ENVIRONMENT AND ACCESS.
