Purpose: Expand terminal.
Activities to be performed/expected outcomes: This project expands the existing terminal by 112,678 square feet, including airline ticketing, concourse with boarding bridges, passenger security screening checkpoint, Federal Inspection Station, and new in-line checked baggage inspection system.
This expansion will facilitate the enhanced movement of passengers and baggage to bring the airport into conformity with current standards.
This grant funds Phase 3, which consists of construction of the passenger security screening checkpoint.
