THIS GRANT FUNDS PHASE 4, WHICH CONSISTS OF CONSTRUCTION OF THE ASPHALT PAVING. INTENDED BENEFICIARY: THIS GRANT WILL PROVIDE FEDERAL FUNDING FOR AIRPORTS ASSOCIATED WITH PHOENIX, ARIZONA.
