Grant Description
Purpose: Reconstruct Runway Lighting; Rehabilitate Apron; Reconstruct Taxiway; Reconstruct Runway.
Activities to be performed/Expected outcomes:
This project reconstructs 200 feet of the existing taxiway pavement that has reached the end of its useful life.
This project reconstructs 4,000 feet of Runway 1/19 to maintain the structural integrity of the pavement and to minimize foreign object debris.
This project reconstructs the existing Runway 1/19 lighting system that has reached the end of its useful life and requires reconstruction to meet Federal Aviation Administration standards.
This project rehabilitates 13,333 square yards of the existing main apron pavement to maintain the structural integrity of the pavement and to minimize foreign object debris.
Intended beneficiary:
This grant will provide federal funding for airports associated with Point Hope, Alaska.
