The purpose of this project is to reduce wildfire risk through hazardous fuel removal and to empower an at-risk community in Southeast Idaho to treat city owned and private properties in the wildland urban interface.
This will be achieved through a combination of strategic contracting for fuels treatments, enhancement of mitigation resources, staff training, and community outreach.
