Grant Description
Purpose: The purpose of this grant is to implement the State of Michigan Digital Equity Plan developed pursuant to the State Digital Equity Planning Grant Program.
Activities to be performed: Implementation of a statewide digital navigator network to serve as the vehicle for community-based solutions development.
Expected outcomes: The proposed project will result in meeting the direct needs of communities and providing equitable resources and skills development based on specific needs.
Intended beneficiaries: Residents of the State of Michigan and principally unserved and underserved covered populations statewide.
Subrecipient activities: The recipient does plan to subaward funds for the purpose of directly supporting the DE Capacity Grant's programmatic activities.
