Grant Description
This award funds the approved 2024?25 AmeriCorps formula programs, as listed on the approved program and funding summary charts.
No member may enroll prior to the approved start date of the member enrollment period.
Your 2024?25 budgetary match is 65.56%.
Planning grants may only operate for one year.
This award includes $2,485,741 ($1,645,231 on the prime grant in ARP funding + $840,510 in FY 2024 formula funding) not designated for subgrants, as reflected on the parent org. subtotal on the funding summary chart.
Broward College: Fund current activities.
To do this, we will expand service by increasing the number of slots by 20.
Boys and Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County: Fund current activities.
To do this, we will expand service by increasing the number of slots by 28.
Gulf Specimen Marine Laboratories, Inc.: Expand current activities.
To do this, we expand service by increasing the number of slots by 10.
Habitat for Humanity of Florida, Inc.: Fund new activities.
To do this, we will award $74,982 to expand service through planning grant.
Family Scholar House, Inc.: Fund new activities.
To do this, we will award $74,808 to expand service through planning grant.
Florida Dept. of Environmental Protection: Provide match replacement funds.
To do this, we will add $285,973 in match replacement.
CareerSource Florida, Inc.: Fund new activities.
To do this, we will award $75,000 to expand service through planning grant.
Literacy Alliance of Northeast Florida, Inc.: Fund current activities.
To do this, we will expand service by increasing the number of slots by 25.
Florida Introduces Physical Activity and Nutrition to Youth Incorporated: Fund for current activities.
To do this, we will expand service by increasing the number of slots by 33.
Goodwill Industries of South Florida, Inc: To do this, we will award $74,923 to expand service through planning grant.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of St. Lucie, Indian River & Okeechobee Counties, Inc: Expand current activities.
To do this, we expand service by increasing the number of slots by 28.
City of Tampa: Expand current activities.
