Grant Description
Program Purpose Award:
The ETM Demonstration Grants will provide comprehensive, coordinated services to enable low-income youth and young adults with disabilities (Y YAD), ages 14 to 24, to successfully transition to employment.
Activities to be performed:
Develop and implement a model demonstration project promoting postsecondary and employment outcomes for youth with disabilities, including those from underserved communities and their families.
Deliverables Expected Outcome:
Participant enrollment workforce services and training communication coordination case management employment.
Intended Beneficiary(ies):
Underserved youth with disabilities, ages 14 to 24 with comprehensive employment services.
