Workforce West Virginia and its partners will be providing training and services to the Morgantown Federal Correctional Institution and Residential Reentry Centers located in Clarksburg WV and St Albans WV (Dismas Charities).
It will provide job training and skills development to participants by aligning the services of key partners and creating a seamless transition for individuals from federal incarceration to the workforce.
Workforce West Virginia will work to reduce barriers to successful reentry and promote the economic integration of returning citizens thereby addressing a root cause of recidivism.
