Brief Summary: The New York Department of Labor and its partners will be providing pre-apprenticeship and registered apprenticeship opportunities to FCI Otisville and FCI Otisville Camp (FCI Otisville), FCI Ray Brook and RRCS. It will support the return of these individuals to their communities and can support workforce and local labor market needs in the areas to which they will return. The New York State program will work with its partners to build stronger lines of communication, information sharing, and local network development to support re-entry in each region to which participants will be released.
