THE ULTIMATE GOAL IS TO DEMONSTRATE HOW SUMMER EBT CAN BEST BE DEPLOYED AS A COMPLEMENT TO OTHER FEDERAL; STATE AND LOCAL EFFORTS TO FEED NEEDY CHILDREN IN THE SUMMER; AND OPERATED IN A WAY THAT MAKES EFFICIENT USE OF TAXPAYERS DOLLARS
