The centralized contact center will be established to respond to the community through both telephone and email inquiries made to the Division of General Administration (DGA), Division of Environmental Health (DEH), Division of Public Health (DPH), Division of Public Welfare (DPW), and Division of Senior Citizens (DSC).
At the end of the first program year, trained PHAC members will provide accurate, timely, and updated information for individuals to increase their knowledge of available public health programs and services that would help them make informed decisions. These decisions would lead them to improve upon their overall health and well-being through accessed services.
