Project Grant
Overview
Grant Description
The Ohio Attorney General’s Office will use grant funds to increase the accuracy of the state’s registration system, as well as its capability to communicate with other state agencies and local in-state law enforcement. Funds will be used to procure a contract with OFFENDERWATCH to upgrade its current software with customizations and purchase new software, which will keep NSOR data accurate.
These changes will allow for the interface of OFFENDERWATCH records with other data systems, allow for the elimination of inapplicable data, and correct incomplete sex offender records.
