This EDA investment supports Belmont College with constructing a new Construction Trades Building to house the college's HVAC and Building Preservation and Repair programs in St. Clairsville, Ohio. Once completed, the project will help the region with recovery efforts from the decline of the coal industry and the COVID-19 pandemic by diversifying the regional economy, enhancing job creation, and attracting private investment. These efforts will help strengthen and advance economic resiliency throughout the region.
