Grant Description
This EDA investment supports the construction of four key improvements to the Silver Lake Water System (SLWS), to provide water for mining, smelting, and other industrial purposes in Butte, Montana. The improvements will modernize the system and increase the reliability of water flow through the system and to the industries and customers that rely on it.

Once completed, the project will help the region with recovery efforts from the COVID-19 pandemic, promote economic sustainability, expand job opportunities, and promote growth throughout the region.
