Grant Description
Description: This agreement provides funding to Snoqualmie Pass Utility District in Washington to implement its wastewater treatment plant improvements—Phase 2 project as directed in the 2024 Consolidated Appropriations Act.
Activities: The activities to be performed include the execution and implementation of a wastewater infrastructure construction project.
Workplan activities consist of: design documents for construction that will expand the membrane bioreactor wastewater treatment plant building and replacement of the lagoons and spray field currently in service.
Subrecipient: No subawards are included in this assistance agreement.
Outcomes: The anticipated deliverables include elimination of the effluent discharge spray field on United States Forest Service land.
The expected outcomes include providing adequate treatment of the wastewater for the Snoqualmie Pass area.
The intended beneficiaries include residents of Snoqualmie Pass, Washington.
