The economics of living in a subarctic climate plays a significant role in finding a solution to reaching attainment. To help permanently reduce particulate emissions, this project seeks to continue the existing Solid Fuel Burning Appliance (SFBA) conversion or removal program and expand marketing and outreach efforts.
