Grant Description
This agreement funds the recipient's program to conduct the remedial action at the Grants Chlorinated Solvents Plume Superfund Hazardous Waste Site, for the optimization recommendations implementation. This site is listed on the National Priorities List of the National Oil and Hazardous Substances Contingency Plan.
The purpose of this award is to fund remedial activities at the Grants Chlorinated Solvents Plume (GCSP) site. The intended beneficiaries of the remedial action are the citizens of Grants, Cibola County, New Mexico.
NMED will provide project management and contractor oversight to implement optimization activities to determine operational effectiveness for Vapor Intrusion Mitigation Systems (VIMS).
Deliverables include, but are not limited to, financial status and project progress reports regarding remedial activities at the site.
