Description:
This agreement provides funding to Chesterfield Charter Township to implement its project to repair the Maurice DeMunck Anchor Bay Pump Station as directed in the 2023 Consolidated Appropriations Act or as identified in an approved technical correction if one has been approved for this project.

Activities:
The activities to be performed are the replacement and repair of pumps and other equipment at the Maurice DeMunck Anchor Bay Pump Station.
