Description:
This agreement provides funding to the City of Fairview Park to implement its project to design and construct sewer replacements as directed in the 2022 Consolidated Appropriations Act or as identified in an approved technical correction if one has been approved for this project.

Activities:
The activities to be performed are replacing lateral connections in the public right of way and includes new sanitary and storm main lines and new catch basins. The project will also include the use of hydrodynamic separator(s) that will remove debris from the storm system to improve the quality of storm water discharge.

Subrecipient:
No subawards are included in this assistance agreement.

Outcomes:
The anticipated deliverables are engineering and construction of sewer replacements, which are expected to lead to reduced sanitary sewer overflows for City of Fairview Park.
