Grant Description
The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources will manage six projects to improve water quality and restore habitat within the Lower Green Bay/Fox River Area of Concern (AOC), St. Louis River AOC, and Milwaukee AOC. These projects will restore 144.5 acres of habitat and reconnect 5.07 miles of cold water streams to fish passage. Completion of these projects will contribute to the removal of the Beneficial Use Impairments in these AOCs.
