Overview

Grant Description
This agreement provides assistance to the State of New Jersey in developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective Leaking Underground Storage Tank (UST) program. It also supports activities in making progress in cleaning up petroleum releases from USTs by managing leaking UST cases in accordance with the NJ Technical Requirements for Site Remediation at N.J.A.C. 7:26E. Additionally, it implements the Licensed Site Remediation Professional program to reduce the backlog of LUST sites awaiting clean up.
