Eligible applicants include state workforce agencies and outlying areas that meet the criteria established under WIOA. Outlying areas are granted waivers from competition requirements and may submit a single application for consolidated grants covering Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth funds.

Period of Performance
The funds will be available for obligation starting April 1, 2025. The first appropriations become available on July 1, 2025 (base funds), followed by additional appropriations on October 1, 2025 (advance funds).
