Background
The Workforce Data Quality Initiative (WDQI) Round 10 is a funding opportunity announced by the Employment and Training Administration (ETA) of the U.S. Department of Labor. Grant Details

2) Enhance Eligible Training Provider (ETP) Reporting to support data collection and analysis;
3) Promote Data-Driven Strategies and Outcomes using longitudinal data for assessing program effectiveness;
4) Design Customer-Focused Reports that help users make informed decisions;
5) Enhance Data Governance by establishing policies for data quality;
6) Develop Actionable Data Tools to Support Worker Mobility through interoperable learning records.

ETA plans to award up to five grants, with a maximum award amount of $2,500,000 per grant.

Eligibility Requirements
Eligible applicants include State Workforce Agencies (SWAs) from the 50 States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, Palau, and Northern Mariana Islands. SWAs currently holding active WDQI grants through June 30, 2026 (specifically Colorado, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Virginia) are ineligible to apply. The program does not require cost sharing.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the grant is set at 36 months with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2025.

Grant Value
The total value available for this grant opportunity is approximately $11,600,000, with individual grant awards capped at $2,500,000.

Place of Performance
The grant will be performed within the jurisdictions of eligible State Workforce Agencies across the United States.
