Eligibility Requirements
Eligible applicants include U.S.-based and non-U.S.-based not-for-profit organizations (including think tanks and NGOs), public and private educational institutions, individuals, public international organizations, and profit organizations. All organizations must have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) issued via SAM.gov and valid registration on SAM.gov. Individuals are not required to have these registrations.

Period of Performance
The performance period for this grant is set for 9 months, with an anticipated program start date of October 15, 2024.
