Background
The Technology Gateway Program (TECHGATE) is initiated by the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Cyberspace and Digital Policy (CDP) to enhance large-scale cyber and digital technology knowledge transfer. The program aims to encourage eligible foreign governments to adopt trusted American digital solutions, aligning with U.S. foreign policy and national security objectives. TECHGATE focuses on capacity building and economic sustainability, ensuring that recipient countries develop essential skills in technology procurement and implementation.

The TECHGATE program encompasses a comprehensive approach to technology procurement and implementation, emphasizing structured processes for effective technology adoption management. Key tasks include:
