Description

This Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) invites new applications for development of tools and technologies to enhance understanding of somatic variants as part of the Somatic Mosaicism across Human Tissues (SMaHT) Network.?The purpose of the SMaHT Network is to enable discovery of new biology and disease mechanisms mediated by genomic variation in somatic tissues. Technology and Tools Development Projects will develop the next generation of technologies that will enhance our ability to detect and characterize somatic variants in diverse human types of tissues.
