Grant Details
The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is accepting applications for the fiscal year (FY) 2024 Service Area Competition (SAC) under the Health Center Program. The purpose of this program is to improve the health of the Nation’s underserved communities and populations by assuring continued access to comprehensive, culturally competent, high-quality primary health care services. The program supports competing continuation, competing supplement, and new assistance listings. The estimated total available funding is approximately $398,836,250 with up to 84 grants. The period of performance is from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2026 (up to 3 years).

Eligibility Requirements
Domestic public or private, nonprofit entities, including Tribes and tribal, faith-based, or community-based organizations are eligible to apply. Applicants must propose in the RESPONSE section of the Project Narrative to operate a health center that makes all required primary health care services available and accessible in the service area.
