Background
The US Army Corps of Engineers, Alaska District, is offering a cooperative agreement for the Schofield Barracks Range Support Range Division Hawaii, Integrated Training Area Management (ITAM) program. The program requires support on the island of Oahu for Range requirements to sustainably maintain, repair, and reconfigure ranges, training lands, and implement training area improvement projects to promote better land utilization while protecting training resources.

Grant Details
The recipient will be responsible for providing range heavy equipment support on the island of Oahu, including maintenance, repair, reconfiguration, and improvements utilizing heavy equipment on existing Army training resources. This includes work such as firebreaks, roads, and trails maintenance; repair and reconfiguration of training lands and ranges; vegetation management; and providing necessary reports and deliverables.
The tasks shall be performed at government-owned facilities on the island of Oahu at SB, SR, ER, DMR, MMR, Kawailoa, and KTA.
The period of performance is twelve months from the date of award with an additional four 12-month option periods.

Open to all applicants who meet the criteria of this announcement. The action will be 100% funded by USACE.
