Description

This Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) invites applications for pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) studies of mTOR inhibitors inpopulations living with different aging-related diseases or in relatively healthy older adult populations at risk for a variety of aging conditions. The studies will be funded by individual awards but will be required to interact as a network to exchange information, possibly develop harmonized measures, and pool data to facilitate broader assessment of the effects on multiple aging-related outcomes and mechanisms affected by mTOR modulation.
