Description

This notice of funding opportunity provides funds to maintain, enhance, or expand the capacity of national hotlines that are essential for providing crisis intervention services, safety planning, information, referrals, and resources for victims of crime in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories. Award recipients will implement enhancements that increase the quality of services and the number of victims served; support hotline staff to minimize the risk of vicarious trauma and burnout; and participate in the National Hotline Consortium.

State Government Entities: For the purposes of this NOFO, "state" means any state of the United States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. Additional Applicant Eligibility Factors: Applicants must propose a project director with the following qualifications: Experience providing trauma-informed crisis intervention services to victims of crimes and demonstrated history of managing large-scale projects financially, operationally, and programmatically.
