Eligible applicants include higher education institutions (public or private), nonprofits, for-profit organizations (including small businesses), local/state/county governments, tribal governments, federal agencies, independent school districts, public housing authorities, faith-based organizations, regional organizations, and foreign organizations (non-domestic components allowed). Period of Performance
The maximum project period is 5 years. The earliest start date for awarded projects is January 25, 2025.

Grant Value
Requested direct costs cannot exceed $1,750,000 per year. The expected budget range is from $500,000 to $1,750,000 annually.
