Management of the 507 Program’s Collaboration and Communication Activities

Background
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization’s (OSDBU), Asbestos and Small Business Ombuds (ASBO) Program is seeking proposals to support the National 507 Program. This program comprises state Small Business Environmental Assistance Programs (SBEAP) across the country. Eligibility Requirements
Eligible applicants include organizations defined under Section 507 of the 1990 Clean Air Act Amendments, specifically:
- Small Business Stationary Source Technical and Environmental Assistance Programs (SBEAP), located within State & Local Governments or Institutions of Higher Education (IHEs).

Applications must include activities taking place within U.S. States, address at least one program priority listed in the solicitation, not request more than $550,000, and applicants may only submit one application.

The anticipated period of performance for this grant is up to five years.
