Individuals are not eligible to apply.

Period of Performance
The grant will be performed over a five-year period from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2031. Funding is planned in five 12-month budget periods.

The total available funding for FY 2026 is approximately $38.3 million. Up to 60 grants will be awarded with funding amounts varying by tier: Tier 1 up to $460,000; Tier 2 up to $550,000; Tier 3 up to $641,000; Tier 4 up to $734,000.
