Eligible to ApplyOnly current holders of an active DOE Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) grant, WAP subgrant (not a contract or partnership) or a HUD Healthy Homes Production (HHP) grant (not an HHP sub-grantee, contract, or partnership) are eligible to apply for this HHWCD grant program. If an entity holds both a WAP grant or WAP subgrant and an HHP grant (whether it is implementing the two grants from the same office or division or different offices or divisions), that entity may only submit a single application. Individuals, foreign entities, and sole proprietorship organizations are not eligible to compete for, or receive, awards made under this announcement.
