Grant Details
Hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT) is a rare hereditary disorder that results in the development of abnormal blood vessels, impacting multiple organ systems and requiring care from numerous specialists. The program aims to increase the number of new patients seen by multidisciplinary HHT teams, ensure partner centers enter patient data into a data collection registry, and increase medical providers' knowledge about HHT and its treatment. The program also aims to address disparities in care for individuals with HHT, particularly those from underserved populations.
