The total funding available for awards under this NOFO is up to $1,148,809,580. The deadline for applications is no later than 11:59 p.m. EST, September 23, 2024.

Eligibility Requirements
Eligible applicants include states, political subdivisions of a state, federally recognized Indian tribes, units of local government or groups of local governments, public port authorities, metropolitan planning organizations, and a group of entities included above.
