The U.S. Department of State's U.S. Consulate General in Lahore announces an open competition for one assistance award through this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), contingent on funding availability, through the Public Diplomacy Grants Program. This project seeks to implement a 15-day exchange program to the United States for at least 10 participants representing digital content creators, targeting youth audiences from Punjab Province, Pakistan. Grant Details
The Performance Monitoring Plan (PMP) is a program management tool designed to measure progress towards the goals and objectives identified in the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). The PMP also clarifies how and when the grantee will collect data on indicators, the resources they intend to use for both program implementation and Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E). The PMP must be approved by a United States Government M&E Specialist prior to finalizing the grants package.

It includes a narrative overview of how the applicant plans to monitor and evaluate performance and outcomes, problem statement and objectives, activity details, outcome/output indicator descriptions, data collection methods, targets/actuals, key terms such as evaluation, monitoring, theory of change, goal, objective, outcome, output, activity, indicator, target, method.
