USAID's Office of Food for Peace (FFP) will host a virtual solicitation briefing on the Draft FY20 Development Food Security Activity (DFSA) Request for Applications (RFA) for Ethiopia on May 7, 2020 from 8 to 10 am Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) . The briefing will include a presentation of the content of the RFA, followed by an opportunity for participants to ask clarifying questions. Please note that the virtual solicitation briefing will be recorded. The link for the recording will be made available following the briefing.

Virtual attendance is limited to no more than four people per organization. Participants must RSVP for this briefing by April 30, 2020 by entering their name, organization, and email into the Google Form here. Those who RSVP for the virtual solicitation briefing will receive an email with the link and password to access the briefing.

To be considered for a Title II-funded award, the applicant must be a PVO, PVO consortium, or an organization designated by USAID as a PIO. PVOs may include U.S. and non-U.S.NGOs as defined in the Food for Peace Act. Per the Food for Peace Act, universities are not eligible to apply as primes for any Title II-funded activity. Universities can be sub-awardees or members of a consortium at the discretion of the prime applicant.
