Background
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission in the West Bank and Gaza is seeking information and ideas to inform the design of a new five-year activity entitled Female Empowerment. The goal of the grant is to contribute to women’s empowerment in the West Bank and Gaza by increasing women's access to leadership opportunities and enhancing the enabling environment to be more receptive for women's participation in decision making.

Grant Details
The grant seeks feedback on the draft Activity Description, focusing on the goal and objectives, targeted groups, thematic areas, proposed approaches and interventions, and expressions of interest. The grant aims to promote inclusive social norms and workplace rights, promote women’s representation and leadership skills, and enhance equitable and safe enabling working environments for women in the West Bank and Gaza.

Eligibility Requirements
Interested organizations are requested to demonstrate their experience and ability to perform the potential Female Empowerment activity requirements and components as described in this notice. Organizations are required to provide capability statements outlining their organization name, contact information, type and size of organization, potential partner/s, capability, experience implementing similar activities, including experience working in the West Bank and Gaza or the Middle East.
