HUD will not evaluate applications from ineligible applicants.Co-applicants or members of a consortium must each meet all eligibility requirements, or the applicant will be deemed ineligible. Eligible Entities for Each EOI Component National Media Campaign Component (EOI-NMC):Qualified Fair Housing Enforcement Organizations, Fair Housing Enforcement Organization, and Other nonprofit organizations representing groups of persons protected under the Fair Housing Act (which might include public interest litigation firms, religious liberty groups, trade associations, etc.). Experience Requirement: must have at least 5 years of experience as an advertising, media or public relations organization; or must partner with an advertising and media services organization with at least 5 years of experience. General Component (EOI-G)Qualified Fair Housing Enforcement Organizations, Fair Housing Enforcement Organizations, Other nonprofit organizations representing groups of persons protected under the Fair Housing Act, Agencies that participate in the Fair Housing Assistance Program (FHAP)Other agencies of State of local governmentsOther public or private entities that are formulating or carrying out programs to prevent or eliminate discriminatory housing practices (which might include public interest litigation firms, religious liberty groups, trade associations, etc.) Individuals, foreign entities, and sole proprietorship organizations are not eligible to compete for, or receive, awards made under this announcement.
