UPDATE 10/12/2023: FHWA has posted an additional document entitled Final List ADDENDUM_10.12.23 to the Related Documents tab for this NOFO 693JJ324NF00001. This addendum adds to the Temporarily Unavailable EV charging ports list published 10.11.23. Eligibility for grant funding under this NOFO is limited to only the chargers included in the Final List dated 10.11.23 AND the Final List ADDENDUM dated 10.12.23. See the Related Documents tab.

This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) announces the availability of up to $100 million in Federal funding to repair and replace existing, but non-operational, electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. Under this NOFO entitled Electric Vehicle Charger Reliability and Accessibility Accelerator, the Government intends to award multiple grants to eligible applicants. Eligible applicants for this program are limited to State departments of transportation and local governments. This NOFO requires applicants to use Grants.gov to submit applications. Applicants must register and use the system to submit applications electronically.
