Background

Eligibility Requirements
Eligible applicants include early-career investigators affiliated with U.S. Department of War organizations, including both domestic and foreign entities. To qualify as an early-career investigator, applicants must possess a doctoral degree and have three years or less of postdoctoral research experience as of the application submission deadline. There are no cost-sharing requirements.
