Eligibility Requirements
Eligible applicants include extramural and intramural U.S. Department of War organizations, both foreign and domestic, for-profit and nonprofit entities. Principal Investigators must be independent investigators affiliated with an eligible organization regardless of ethnicity or nationality. Each investigator can only be named as PI on one application for this award.

Period of Performance
The maximum period of performance for funded projects is three years.
