The grant will support two main activities:
1) Climate Resilient Microsite Stakeholder Enabler Activity, which aims to strengthen evidence and knowledge management regarding air pollution and climate change impacts;
2) Climate Resilient Microsite Resource Mobilizer Activity, which focuses on demonstrating innovative financing solutions for clean air and climate-health outcomes.

Applicants are encouraged to form consortia of local partners and must propose activities that align with the objectives outlined in the APS. The initial period of performance cannot exceed three years, with a potential renewal for an additional two years based on programmatic review.

Eligibility Requirements
Eligible applicants must be local entities legally organized under Indian law, have their principal place of business in India, be majority-owned by Indian citizens or lawful permanent residents, and managed by a governing body consisting mostly of Indian citizens or lawful permanent residents. Organizations that have received more than $5 million from USAID as a prime awardee in the last five fiscal years are not eligible. U.S.-based organizations cannot apply as prime awardees under this APS.

Period of Performance
The initial period of performance for this grant cannot exceed three years from the date of award issuance. There is a possibility for a renewal award for up to an additional two years following a programmatic review conducted by USAID.
