Eligible applicants are limited exclusively to the three member institutions of the National Ebola Training and Education Center (NETEC), a consortium of three healthcare institutions in the US that have successfully treated patients with Ebola virus disease: (1) Emory University, (2) the University of Nebraska Medical Center/Nebraska Medicine, and (3) New York City Health and Hospitals/Bellevue.
