The purpose of Amendment 000003 is to revise the following sections: the Registration Requirements section and Section VII to include the GRIP web page as an additional resource for Applicants to view FOA questions and answers; Section I.B.ii to include the GRIP web page as an additional resource for Applicants to view the Teaming Partner List and any updates to it; Section II.A.ii to include additional funding information, including plans for issuing the second competitive funding opportunity for GRIP in Fiscal Year 2024; and Section IV.A. and IV.C. to clarify concept paper submission information.
