We invite you to apply for funding under the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) Program. This initiative aims to increase the reporting of health outcomes. As part of broader BRFSS data collection, the program focuses on advancing health equity among underrepresented groups. Objective: Monitor health risk behaviors at various administrative levels. Methodology: Use of a standardized telephone questionnaire under the BRFSS surveillance system. Data sharing and access: The data is collected specifically for use for public health purposes by the state health department, U.S. territories, or freely associated states, and CDC.
