Description

The Department of State invites eligible applicants to advance the America First Global Health Strategy, which aims to save lives, strengthen health systems, enhance efficiency, foster self-reliance, and ensure U.S. investments benefit American safety, strength, and prosperity. Background
The Bureau of Global Health Security and Diplomacy (GHSD) of the U.S. Department of State invites eligible applicants to advance the America First Global Health Strategy. Grant Details

The SOI is not a full application but allows for initial project ideas to be evaluated before developing a full application. The Department will collaborate with Embassies and other Bureaus to post specific funding opportunities through Addenda addressing health challenges.

Eligibility Requirements
Eligible applicants include U.S. and foreign private for-profit enterprises; U.S. and foreign public and private institutions of higher education; U.S. and foreign organizations including faith-based organizations; Public International Organizations (PIOs); and governmental institutions. Cost sharing or matching is not required but may be discussed during negotiation if applicable.

Organizations must have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) issued via SAM.gov before submitting a full application.

Period of Performance
Proposed projects should be completed within five years or less.

Awards may range from a minimum of $500,000 to a maximum of $250 million with total estimated funding up to $4.5 billion subject to availability.
