Summary
This request for quote (RFQ) is issued by the U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island for lodging services required by the 841st Battalion in Charleston, South Carolina, as part of the Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC).
The RFQ outlines that vendors must submit their pricing and additional information using the provided price matrix (Attachment 0003). The solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside (SBSA), with a firm fixed price blanket purchase agreement (BPA) to be awarded to the lowest priced, responsive, and responsible quoter whose submission meets all requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated March 27, 2025.
The period of performance for this contract spans from May 16, 2025, to May 15, 2030, with multiple option periods available. Quotes must be submitted by April 15, 2025, at 1500 CT. Vendors are encouraged to provide their most competitive quotes as the evaluation process will not allow trade-offs between non-cost factors and cost/price factors.
Additionally, all quotes must meet minimum requirements to be considered for an agreement. Questions regarding the RFQ can be submitted until April 7, 2025, and will be addressed via an amendment to the RFQ. Invoicing will be conducted through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), and all proprietary information will be protected accordingly.
